kmkg.studio was founded 2 years ago and the name is actually based on the name of the two founder Kern Martin and Kettele Georg. But its no longer true that the studio is a 2-men-show. In the past years kmkg did a lot of projects but most of them couldnt have been realized without a good team and friends. Also for the future kmkg is trying not to be this isolated object – rather trying to team up with people to make projects. So we started to think would could be the new meaning behind K M K G (we really like the name ;) ) ….

This survey for a public space was created together with Matthias Jäger and Conni Pirker during an ideas competition for the cityscape renewal of Salzburg’s community Strasswalchen.
We created a grid that fluently conforms to spatial structures and movement.
