One Night Stand – Musicvideo

The actor Thomas Nash and the musician and sound engineer Michael Bauer founded the electronic band alCREWholic feat. Nash in autumn 2009. In the past months they worked not only on their first single “One Night Stand”, but also on the music video for the Original Mix, produced by Red Rabbit Film, directed by Christian Hörlesberger.

The single will be released in the end of July 2010, but for now we have first stills from the video for you.

European ROOTS MOVEMENT 10

Dear artist. We hereby invite you to participate in the European Roots Movement‘10 (or in German, Europaeische WURZEL BEWEGUNG 10).

As a short flashback, this project was born in 2007 under the name FeinprobE HonigsüsS. The original single artistic production, born from an international exchange of young artists, will pool in 2010 into a Gathering with several artistic acts: European Roots Movement. It is a celebration of Cultural Diversity and Artistic Expressions. FeinprobE HonigsüsS is still an important act of the ROOTS MOVEMENT 10.

As an invited participant, you’ll have the opportunity to take part in:

. FeinprobE HonigsüsS III production process and live presentation

. Pilgerfahrt – Sequence of Happenings to take place all over Lutherstadt Wittenberg

. Workshops about Intercultural Exchange and the work of the participant artists

. Live acts and exhibitions proposed by the artists

. Free access to all the concerts and electronic party’s on agenda

. Presenting/Exhibiting personal work in Berlin at a given date.

. In time it will be proposed a participation in the tour of this Fest in Portugal – Lisbon – under the name “Movimento Raízes 10” (end of September 2010).

Too Long Fu heute im Fernsehen

AUSTRIA 9 präsentiert in der Nacht von Freitag/Samstag (30.4./1.5.) und Samstag/Sonntag (1./2.5.) TOO LONG FU.
Allerdings erst um 4.30h in der Früh!! Wer da also noch auf ist, dies wäre eine Möglichkeit, den Film zu sehen (oder aufnehmen).

Nach über zwei Jahren Kampf mit dem Schnitt, der Postproduktion und der Musik ist Bruchstücke, der 2007 von der Blattwerk Filmfraktion gedrehte Kurzfilm, endlich fertig – und wird gerade von der Diagonale-Jury begutachtet. Um die Wartezeit auf die längst überfällige Premiere zu verkürzen ist nun der Trailer auf Youtube zu sehen. Eine Kurze beschreibung des Projekts, falls noch unbekannt:

Bruchstücke ist eine freie filmische Interpretation der Kurzgeschichte “Scherenschnitte” (Rattengift, Kitab Verlag) von Schriftsteller Helwig Brunner.

Robert Holm wiegt sich noch in verworrenen Bildern der vorigen Nacht, als ihn ein Anruf ereilt und ihn des Mordes bezichtigt. Binnen Sekunden ist Robert auf einer Jagd nach sich selbst, ein Karusell an Erinnerungen beginnt sich zu drehen und eröffnet eine Reise in eine Vergangenheit die lieber unangetastet bleiben sollte.

Cadavre Exquis – Collective Comic with Thomas Nash

Cadavre Exquis is a collective comic project, initiated by the Portuguese illustrator Daniel Maia. Every artist, known or unknown in the comic business, draws only one page and follows up with the story from the previous pages. Thomas Nash has drawn the 22nd page of Cadavre Exquis. Ausschnitt aus der Fotoarbeit “BREAK FREE”

Meine Arbeit wurde jetzt fast vier Monate lang im Landesmuseum Joanneum im Rahmen der Ausstellung absolutely free in Graz gezeigt und wurde heute von der Galerie Kunst und Handel gekauft. Nach lästigem verpacken in Luftpolsterfolie ist es nun vollbracht.

“BREAK FREE” geht nun in den ersten Wiener Gemeindebezirk und ist dort ab (vorraussichtlich) Jänner zu sehen. Genaueres folgt.
