Marlene Wolfmair
Marlene was born in 1988 in Upper Austria and grew up on the countryside in a village of 2000 souls. She attended the Secondary School for Art and Design (HBLA für künstlerische Gestaltung) in Linz and graduated with her photograph serial “Gender Stereotypes” which was exhibited in the town museum of Leonding (Turm 9 – Stadtmuseum Leonding) and presented with an award by the jury of “Sprichcode” – a competition for young photographers and writers. Furthermore, four photographs are printed in the book “Wir Genies”.
Now, she is studying information design at the University of Applied Sciences (FH Joanneum) in Graz.
Besides, she works in the production team of the US-director Alex Duarte, who is doing an independent Sci-Fi Thriller in Graz. Trailer is coming soon.
